Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP1, GBP2, and GBP4. Each is linked with IL15 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15-to-partner and partner-to-IL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL15 versus GBP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
