Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR519A1, BTBD10, and SRFBP1. Each is linked with IL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15-to-partner and partner-to-IL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR519A1 grouped by IL15-low versus IL15-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
