Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, PDCD4, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with IL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15-to-partner and partner-to-IL15 results are reported.
