Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,234 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytolysis in another organism, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with IL15 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15-to-partner and partner-to-IL15 results are reported.
