Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are HHLA1, PRR20B, and PRR20A. Each is linked with IL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL15-to-partner and partner-to-IL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HHLA1 grouped by IL15-low versus IL15-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
