IL13RA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL13RA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL13RA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p21, SF2, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with IL13RA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL13RA2-to-partner and partner-to-IL13RA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p21 grouped by IL13RA2-low versus IL13RA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL13RA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL13RA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
