The most reproducible IL13RA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, Protein localization to endosome, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with IL13RA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL13RA2-to-partner and partner-to-IL13RA2 results are reported.
