IL13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP3, MIR5585, and DNAJB8-AS1. Each is linked with IL13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL13-to-partner and partner-to-IL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP3 grouped by IL13-low versus IL13-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
