IL12B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL12B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL12B-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Annexin-1, and TIGAR. Each is linked with IL12B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL12B-to-partner and partner-to-IL12B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by IL12B-low versus IL12B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL12B→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL12B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
