Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL12B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 919 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL12B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Cellular response to environmental stimulus. Each is linked with IL12B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL12B-to-partner and partner-to-IL12B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal grouped by IL12B-low versus IL12B-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
