Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 339 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P52, RNU6-1096P, and MFSD12. Each is linked with IL12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL12A-to-partner and partner-to-IL12A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P52 grouped by IL12A-low versus IL12A-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
