IL12A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL12A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,124 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL12A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of NK T cell activation, Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity directed against tumor cell target, and T cell lineage commitment. Each is linked with IL12A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL12A-to-partner and partner-to-IL12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of NK T cell activation grouped by IL12A-low versus IL12A-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
