IL11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1036P, MIR6128, and H2AB3. Each is linked with IL11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL11-to-partner and partner-to-IL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1036P grouped by IL11-low versus IL11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
