Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL10RB-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IL10RB-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher IL10RB-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL10RB-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where IL10RB-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
