Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL10RB-DT RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 12 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of IL10RB-DT’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where IL10RB-DT RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types IL10RB-DT is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as LUSC and KICH show the opposite, repressed pattern.

KIRC, KIRP, and BLCA are the cancer types where IL10RB-DT tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
