IL10RA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL10RA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL10RA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Bim, and G6PD. Each is linked with IL10RA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL10RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by IL10RA-low versus IL10RA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL10RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL10RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
