IL10RA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL10RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,389 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL10RA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with IL10RA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL10RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL10RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic translation grouped by IL10RA-low versus IL10RA-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL10RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL10RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
