IKZF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,350 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHD6, ZNF384, and ANKRD17. Each is linked with IKZF4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF4-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKZF4 versus CHD6 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
