Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IKZF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IKZF3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher IKZF3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IKZF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where IKZF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
