Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,262 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, ARHGAP15, and ARHGAP15_S64. Each is linked with IKZF3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF3-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF3 results are reported.
