IKZF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,461 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLA2, PPP1R16B, and MAP4K1. Each is linked with IKZF3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF3-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKZF3 versus SLA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
