IKBKG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKBKG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,113 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKBKG-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPXN, JAML, and FGD2. Each is linked with IKBKG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKBKG-to-partner and partner-to-IKBKG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKBKG versus LPXN in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKBKG→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKBKG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
