The most reproducible IKBKG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, and Negative regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with IKBKG in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKBKG-to-partner and partner-to-IKBKG results are reported.
