IKBKB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKBKB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,342 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKBKB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSD3, POLB, and AP3M2. Each is linked with IKBKB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKBKB-to-partner and partner-to-IKBKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKBKB versus NSD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKBKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKBKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
