IKBKB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKBKB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,225 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKBKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTK, SASH3, and GPAT4. Each is linked with IKBKB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKBKB-to-partner and partner-to-IKBKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKBKB versus BTK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKBKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKBKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
