IKBKB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKBKB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKBKB-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p62 Lck ligand, and ATM. Each is linked with IKBKB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKBKB-to-partner and partner-to-IKBKB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by IKBKB-low versus IKBKB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKBKB→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKBKB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
