IK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND6P16, MIR4507, and SNORD116-10. Each is linked with IK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IK-to-partner and partner-to-IK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND6P16 grouped by IK-low versus IK-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
