IHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL429P, PRYP2, and RNA5SP489. Each is linked with IHH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IHH-to-partner and partner-to-IHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL429P grouped by IHH-low versus IHH-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→IHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
