Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,202 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX4, GTF2I, and TBXAS1. Each is linked with IGSF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF3-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF3 results are reported.
