Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS3, SFXN1, and RAD51. Each is linked with IGSF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF3-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF3 results are reported.
