Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGSF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,532 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lacrimal gland development, Aerobic respiration, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with IGSF3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF3-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF3 results are reported.
