The most reproducible IGSF23-associated genes across cancer lineages are PVR, CEACAM19, and GFI1B. Each is linked with IGSF23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF23-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF23 results are reported.
