The most reproducible IGSF23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity directed against tumor cell target, Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated immune response to tumor cell, and Epithelial cell development. Each is linked with IGSF23 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF23-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF23 results are reported.
