IGSF21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,641 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIDT1, HIF1A, and FBXL16. Each is linked with IGSF21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF21-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IGSF21 versus SIDT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
