Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLVI-38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,806 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLVI-38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Antibacterial humoral response. Each is linked with IGLVI-38 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLVI-38-to-partner and partner-to-IGLVI-38 results are reported.
