Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV7-35 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV7-35 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher IGLV7-35 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV7-35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where IGLV7-35 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
