Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV3-6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,685 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV3-6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antibacterial humoral response, and Antimicrobial humoral response. Each is linked with IGLV3-6 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV3-6-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV3-6 results are reported.
