Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV3-31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,106 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV3-31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin. Each is linked with IGLV3-31 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV3-31-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV3-31 results are reported.
