Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV3-30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,370 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV3-30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, Antibacterial humoral response, and B cell receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with IGLV3-30 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV3-30-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV3-30 results are reported.
