Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV3-2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,644 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV3-2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Immunoglobulin production, B cell mediated immunity, and Lymphocyte costimulation. Each is linked with IGLV3-2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV3-2-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV3-2 results are reported.
