IGLV2-34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV2-34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,059 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV2-34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, Complement activation, classical pathway, and Antimicrobial humoral response. Each is linked with IGLV2-34 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV2-34-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV2-34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Complement activation grouped by IGLV2-34-low versus IGLV2-34-high in THCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLV2-34→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLV2-34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
