Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV2-28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,083 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV2-28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antibacterial humoral response, Complement activation, classical pathway, and B cell mediated immunity. Each is linked with IGLV2-28 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV2-28-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV2-28 results are reported.
