Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV11-55 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV11-55 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher IGLV11-55 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV11-55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and PRAD are the cancer types where IGLV11-55 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
