IGLL3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLL3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,948 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLL3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell activation, Positive regulation of alpha-beta T cell activation, and Positive regulation of alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with IGLL3P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLL3P-to-partner and partner-to-IGLL3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLL3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLL3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
