Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV7-3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV7-3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGKV7-3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV7-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, OV, and UVM are the cancer types where IGKV7-3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
