Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV6D-21 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV6D-21 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher IGKV6D-21 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV6D-21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where IGKV6D-21 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
