Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV6-21 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV6-21 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IGKV6-21 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV6-21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

LUAD, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where IGKV6-21 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
