The most reproducible IGKV3D-31-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and Cellular response to biotic stimulus. Each is linked with IGKV3D-31 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKV3D-31-to-partner and partner-to-IGKV3D-31 results are reported.
