Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV3-34 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV3-34 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher IGKV3-34 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV3-34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.

STAD, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where IGKV3-34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
