Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV3-11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV3-11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher IGKV3-11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV3-11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where IGKV3-11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
